Training for Guernsey NED’s

As a NED I support executives to provide good governance, manage risks and enable investment strategy, whilst protecting investor interests. This role is becoming increasingly challenging with the ever-demanding regulatory and legal environment (not to mention global macro events). Keeping abreast of changes in the world of director duties and compliance is The sessions were excellent. Cathy and Mel tailored the sessions for me and my portfolio, provided relevant case studies and facilitated my many questions. They also provided a personalised set of (many) slides which saved me taking notes, enabling me to focus on the learning and have a reference point in future.
